The all new Croytec door hinges: This is our newest addition, designed and developed by Croytec specifically for the Defender front and second row doors. These will fit all models of 90/110/130 easy to fit, they are a direct replacement of the origional hinge.
The hinges are a high quality machined assembly and are anodised to aerospace specification for maximum corrosion prevention. We have added a grease a nipple to help maintain the hinges along with a stainless steel hinge pin to reduce corrosion within the hinge, giving years of service. The hinge can be dismantled if need be so if used in extreme conditions the hinge can be maintained. The hinges are maufactured with a tight build tolerance and each hinge is assembled with this in mind. Pictured below is the door open with the grease nipple accesable
The hinges come with stainless alan key screws washers and nylock nuts. The plastic spacers used to align the body and doors can be reused from the origional bulid.
