Terms And Conditions.
Products
- Croytec reserves the right to change any of its products in design and finishes without prior notice.
Prices
- Croytec reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
- Prices quoted are for the quantities specified by the purchaser, if the quantities change then Croytec reserves the right to charge the difference to the purchaser.
- Prices are quoted at that current time, and will be valid until such time as the prices are adjusted through costs that Croytec may incur.
Payment
- All Goods and/or Services must be paid for in full in GBP Pounds sterling £ prior to being dispatched to the purchaser.
Ownership
- Ownership of the goods shall stay in the name of Croytec until the funds are received in full, and only shall they be received by the purchaser when the funds have cleared.
Delivery
- The purchaser will be responsible for payment of the delivery, unless otherwise agreed through Croytec.
- Suggested delivery date and promises of delivery are made in good faith, every effort will be made to keep to delivery dates given but time of delivery shall not be the essence of this contract.
- Delivery will be charged as an extra cost to the products and will appear on the invoice as a separate amount.
Returns
- Goods supplied to the Purchaser may be returned to Croytec within 14 days from the date of receipt on the condition that they are in the same condition as they were when dispatched, in their original packaging and without having been used or installed.
- A covering letter must accompany all returned goods stating the original sales invoice number and reason for return.
- Electrical components eg. (Gauges, Clocks etc) are non-refundable and non-returnable except when supplied in error. In the event of a fault Croytec shall repair or replace at its discretion such defective Goods, and allow the manufacturer of said Goods to inspect, test and report on the condition of the Goods in order that their manufacturing processes are updated accordingly. The Purchaser agrees that these processes shall occur where necessary before any decision or refund will be made by Croytec to the Purchaser.
- Parts modified or adapted by the Buyer shall no longer be warranted by Croytec or the manufacturer of the Goods and the Croytec shall not be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to such modification.
Licences and Consents
- If any licence or consent of any government or other authority shall be required for the purchase or importation of the Goods by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall obtain the same at its own expense and if necessary or so required produce evidence of the same to Croytec on demand.
- Furthermore the Purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of any duties thereon.
- All relevant customs/import duties and/or taxes payable in the respective country of the Purchaser are payable by the Purchaser.
